Indoor ultrafine particle monitor - real-time UFP data and cloud connectivity: Pegasor PPS-1000 | PEGASOR
Pegasor PPS-1000 is a compact indoor ultrafine particle monitor for real-time UFP, PN, LDSA, PM and particle size measurement with cloud-connected data access.
The Pegasor PPS-1000 is a compact indoor ultrafine particle monitor designed for real-time indoor air quality monitoring, occupational hygiene, exposure assessment and research applications.
Successor to the Pegasor Airin for indoor UFP monitoring, the PPS-1000 provides continuous measurement of ultrafine particles that are often not detected by conventional indoor air quality monitors.
The instrument measures particle number concentration, lung deposited surface area, particle mass and median particle size in one device. This gives users a more complete view of indoor particle conditions, source activity, ventilation performance and human exposure indicators.
Designed for everyday indoor deployment, the PPS-1000 combines Pegasor’s proven particle sensing technology with a compact design, quiet integrated pump, simple single-button interface, integrated modem and cloud-connected data access.
Advantages
- Real-time UFP monitoring: continuous indoor ultrafine particle data for rapid assessment of changing air quality conditions.
- Four key parameters in one device: PN, LDSA, PM and median particle size are measured by a single compact monitor.
- Designed for indoor environments: compact and quiet operation for offices, schools, laboratories, public buildings, workplaces and indoor industrial spaces.
- Integrated modem: enables straightforward cloud data transfer without requiring an external modem.
- Low-maintenance operation: suitable for routine indoor monitoring with simplified long-term use.
- No consumables or operating liquids: helps reduce operating costs and simplifies deployment in technical or occupied environments.
- Cloud-connected data access: remote access to measurement data, trends, reports and device status through the Pegasor Cloud Portal.

Why choose Pegasor PPS-1000
The Pegasor PPS-1000 is designed for indoor projects where ultrafine particle data must be measured directly, continuously and with a higher level of detail than conventional indoor air quality monitors can provide.
By combining particle number concentration, LDSA, particle mass and median particle size, the PPS-1000 supports a more complete technical assessment of indoor particle behaviour. This is particularly relevant for occupational hygiene, exposure assessment, ventilation studies and indoor source investigations.
The integrated modem and Pegasor Cloud Portal make the PPS-1000 suitable for both single-point monitoring and multi-device deployments. Users can access measurement trends, check device status, create reports, export data for further analysis and use API access for integration with external systems.
For Canadian indoor air quality, occupational hygiene, laboratory and research applications, ES Canada supports technical users in selecting, deploying and integrating Pegasor PPS-1000 into indoor monitoring programs.
