The Milesight EM400-MUD is a multifunctional ultrasonic distance sensor designed for short- and medium-range measurements in demanding environments. It offers a 3 to 450 cm detection range with a small blind zone and several preconfigured application modes for industrial use cases. Thanks to its IP67-rated enclosure, moisture-protected electronics and two replaceable 9000 mAh batteries delivering up to 10 years of autonomy, it is a highly reliable solution for waste container monitoring, parking availability detection, remote level measurement and equipment status supervision. The sensor is available in both LoRaWAN® and NB-IoT/Cat.M versions, allowing flexible integration into a wide variety of IoT networks.
