Our industrial air quality monitor range works on proven working principles like Laser Scattering, NDIR, PID, Electrochemical Analysis, Semiconductor, Optical Measurement. The advanced support electronics reduce the electronics noise, which eliminates the error rate during low concentration measurement. the gas detector has a built-in algorithm for best performance against temperature and humidity variation.
Laser Scattering – The sensor emits a laser beam to diffract through the air sample collected in the equipment. The intensity of the beam scattered from the particles provides particle size distribution and concentration data.
Electrochemical Analysis – The gaseous emission is treated electrochemically, where an external potential is applied. Each species like CO, NO2, NO, NH3, H2S, SO2, etc. are identified depending on their oxidation or reduction potential.
NDIR – The gases emitted from the location undergo Nondispersive Infrared Radiation where the sample air is subjected to infrared radiation. Different gaseous molecules absorb IR at different frequencies. The amount of IR absorbed gives the volumetric concentration of each gaseous constituent.
PID – The photoionization detection method is used to quantify TVOCs present in the sample. Highly energized UV photons bombard the molecules, which ionize and make them positively charged. These ionized molecules, in return, produce an electric current which gives a volumetric concentration of the molecules. The higher the current generated, the higher is the gaseous concentration in the sample.
AQBot comes with an on-device display of data without computer dependency.
If the AQBot Series is connected to Oizom cloud, the data is also available in the Air Quality Software. The platform has essential features like…
- Data Overview
- Micro-analysis Dashboard
- Historical Data Analytics
- Data Report
- Smart Alerts
- Historical Data-set Download
Data from AQBot Series Monitors are also accessible using secured HTTP/MQTT APIs. Using the APIS, the data can be published on Public Display, Smart TVs, Website (using widget), and Mobile Apps.
