The SM 100 Soil Moisture Sensor is designed to measure the volumetric water content (VWC%) of soil. It uses a capacitance-type sensor that responds immediately to changes in soil moisture, allowing for better irrigation decisions. This sensor can be permanently installed or used for spot measurements.
