Trace Oxygen Analyzer – Zirconia Sensor for Inert Gas Monitoring: ZR1000 |

ZR1000 trace oxygen analyzer for inert gas monitoring. Zirconia sensor measuring 0–1000 ppm O₂ with fast response for glove boxes, nitrogen systems and gas generators.

PRICE ON REQUEST

The ZR1000 is a compact bench-top trace oxygen analyzer designed for accurate measurement of low oxygen concentrations (O₂) in inert gas environments. The instrument is widely used in industrial and laboratory applications where precise monitoring of oxygen levels is critical to maintaining process integrity.

The analyzer integrates a robust heated zirconia sensor providing excellent response at very low oxygen concentrations and a typical lifetime of 4 to 5 years. Its design ensures stable measurements even in demanding inert gas systems.

The ZR1000 can operate using standard AC power or 12 V supply, with optional features including a battery kit for portable operation, 4–20 mA analog output, and an internal sampling pump. Sample inlet and outlet connections are fully isolated from ambient air using double safety tubing, protecting the sensor from accidental exposure to high oxygen concentrations when the analyzer is not in use.

Advantages

  • Heated zirconia oxygen sensor providing fast and reliable trace O₂ detection
  • Wide measurement range from 0 to 1000 ppm O₂
  • Excellent sensitivity with detection down to 1 ppm O₂
