Portable MAP Oxygen Analyzer – Residual O₂ Measurement for Modified Atmosphere Packaging: Model 901 | QUANTEK INSTRUMENTS
The Model 901 portable MAP oxygen analyzer measures residual O₂ from 0 to 100% in modified atmosphere packaging. Compact, battery-powered and ideal for food packaging quality control.
The Model 901 Portable MAP Oxygen Analyzer is designed for fast and easy measurement of residual oxygen (O₂) in modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) for food industry applications and other packaging control requirements.
Powered by a rechargeable Ni-Cad battery with up to 8 hours of autonomy on a full charge, this analyzer is especially well suited for mobile quality control checks in production areas, laboratories and cold storage environments.
Its compact hand-held format and low weight of less than 1.4 kg make it easy to use by non-technical personnel while still providing reliable measurement performance. The analyzer has been proven in hundreds of installations across food packaging applications.
The integrated sampling probe with needle pierces the package through a self-adhesive septum. Residual gas is then drawn by the internal sampling pump, allowing the measured oxygen concentration to be displayed within 15 to 20 seconds.
