The ZR-6012 Aerosol Photometer is designed for the detection of leaks in HEPA and ULPA filtration systems. Using the principle of light scattering, the instrument measures aerosol particle concentration upstream and downstream of filtration systems to identify filter leaks quickly and accurately.

This portable photometer enables real-time monitoring and precise localization of leaks in cleanroom filtration systems, biosafety cabinets and HVAC installations. It is widely used for cleanroom validation, pharmaceutical production environments and filter certification.
