FLORAPULSE

FloraPulse is an American manufacturer that was born in the orchards and vineyards of growers.

In 2018, FloraPulse launched its first microtensiometer water potential sensors for plant stems and trunks to scientists and fruit growers.

Its innovative MEMS sensor is integrated into the woody tissue of the plant and can provide real-time continuous water potential data.

This FloraPulse microtensiometer can thus replace manual on-site measurements using a pressure bomb, which are lengthy, costly and unsafe (as they are based on a high-pressure instrument).
